> on sand, your layup is better than that.I am finding this thread interesting, Is it possible that the strip construction method using carpenters glue is inferior to the stitch and glue method of building. The Okume plywood has tested waterproofness and is held together with epoxy. If Both building methods were subjected to the same abuse, which one would the water infiltration damage more?
