I'd like to see Nick take the challenge for the reasons you give: just for the fun of it. It'd be fun to see just how much or how little difference the two techniques will make. Although, the glue seems to be the least significant difference in the equation.
Hopefully someone could show up with a camera (or several people from different viewpoints) so that those of us who cannot (sadly) be there can see what we missed.
Maybe someone could challenge George to a race and/or a rolling contest to see if he's as good as he says he is. George seems quite willing to put actions to his words, which is something to respect.
