If I were going to paint a boat (Like a beat up old whitewater kayak salvaged from the trash) I would go zebra striped! (same as I want my Suburban.) The contrast might help visibilty, but might act as camo. Hard to be sure, but I'm not as crazy as I used to be, so I probably won't need it that bad anyway.
White is my favorite if I can only go one color. Looks elegant, stays cool.
