Dent in hull

I screwed up and hauled my stripper hull down in the bed of my truck. Ended up with an indentation about 3" wide and 8" long in the hull. Also have some visible white dots in the glass cloth, could this be delamination? I have the dent pushed out. Any ideas on how to reinforce the hull and get rid of the white dots?
